Connecting With God and Others

Together with our horses, teams practice problem-solving while learning to build healthy relationships.

Inspired by EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association), our horse activities are designed for experiential learning — to promote health self-esteem and development of social skills.

Together we discover how a personal relationship with Jesus changes our relationships with others.

One Step at a Time

HORSEPLAY sessions are available by appointment for small groups, such as Sunday School classes. Each session is two hours long. HORSEPLAY curriculum may be tailored to fit a group's needs.

Jesus First

All activities at Safe Haven are God-centered. Sessions include prayer and we view the Bible as the ultimate authority for our lives. HORSEPLAY sessions include a devotion time and each camp session has a 30-minute Bible study.
